The wave is purring like a kitten, happy and satisfied… Couple of sand sharks fishing in the shallows…  Birds soaking their floppy feet in the salty water, and lazily waiting for an easy prey…  As a finale… A gaudy gold spreads over the ocean and claims its exclusivity…  VGM

I was wondering…   If you were an artist … and designed a  handbag, just  for me, what would it look like…? Could you draw a sketch…? I promise to frame it… Unless… it’s too naughty to be displayed…) VGM  

I haven’t seen the moon for a few weeks… There was no sign of it in the sky… I started to worry… Where did it go?  Silly me… It was always there, maybe, just little, shy to shine…  VGM  

Wait…   We have to wait…  The majority of the bucket heads still believe in indestructible Russia…  Wait…  We must wait, till their sons are hunted down and drafted, to soil Ukrainian lands…  The USSR is finally decomposing... VGM  

There is one part of every vacation I dislike, when it’s over… So, I plan another one…   And I always love coming home…   Questioning at Customs:   What county did you visit? Why did you go by yourself? Why was your trip so short?  I couldn’t come up with better answer:  “I only took as much liberty as I can afford” … VGM

The beach came a live at night…  Hundreds of baby turtles littered the shore. I’ve never seen these many turtle eggs hatching at the same time…  Locals were collecting baby turtles in the buckets… I am not sure why…  Relief of the beach changed overnight…Deep craters appeared here and there, with the sand-boils at the bottom of them and hundreds of seagulls feasting on the remains of the eggshells and little creatures that never made it to the ocean…  To be continued…  VGM  

Someone made a comment about my new adventure - be vigilant, don’t trust anyone… keep your body parts to yourself. That sounded very comforting…) The room wasn’t ready, at the time I arrived.  I was offered to enjoy the beach, the pool and a cute diner, while waiting… the authentic food made with love! I was looking at the building of the hotel, wondering which room is mine... I was blown away by the view off my windows…  To be continued…  VGM

Don’t let your restrictions become your child’s addictions… … Growing up behind an iron curtain, where traveling the world wasn’t even a dream and studying foreign language felt unnecessary… I became an addict… to the freedom of travel, to the experience of the life of others…  I excepted an individual insignificance and, yet, unconditional connection to the entire universe…   To be continued… VGM

My Dear Crimea!  I wish for the rest of the world to fall in love with your beauty as much as I did… Humanity should explore your highest cliffs and hidden caves, the depths of the Back Sea and a clarity of the underground waters, the exotic beaches and the beautiful,  endless grape fields…  The Crimean Bridge doesn’t need to be completely destroyed…This project was too expensive to let go…  However, it needs a small modification…  The Ukrainian Customs check Point should be right on the bridge…  VGM  

A caged mind decorates its prison with well maintained illusion of happiness…  Well traveled mind never stops expanding its happiness to the horizons ever possible…  VGM 

Diversity… We talk about it a lot lately… Why? Why now?  Becoming friends with your new neighbor is a diversity…   Family gathering of 4 generations is a diversity…   Two humans, raised in a different environment, building a family together, is a diversity…   Why are we talking about it? I love the long beach walks in the early morning… I keep my cell phone in the trunk of the car… from the moment I leave the house to the time I come back home…  It’s a relationship between me and the ocean…  VGM

This is how I see the future of Crimea… 1. It should become an independent republic under the Ukrainian flag. Remaining under Russia is a financial, economic  and political suicide. Russia is going to suffer the consequences of the Ukrainian invasion for years to come.  2. I see a democratic parliament where EVERY NATIONALITY of Crimea is represented. Inclusivity can’t be underestimated! Over the last eight years the Russian population was artificially inflated in Crimea.  3. Crimea, including Sevastopol, should become a MILITARY FREE zone. It will bring peace to the whole Black Sea region. Its military defense should be supported by the Ukrainian military located on the mainland, using the newest technologies.  4. Crimea is a gorgeous peninsula that has been mistreated for hundreds of years. Its beauty - is a natural resource that must be finally introduced to the world! The main focus should be on agriculture  and INTERNATIONAL TOURISM. I see a great potential for Crimean prosperity

Congratulations!  You are building the globe  of Russia!  What are you going to do with it?  You can call it RF, CIS or USSR…) Enjoy it! Or,  You can kick the ball of your jealousy of Ukraine right through the world’s gate… and maybe… just maybe… find your way to the freedom… this time…  VGM
